Hi Friends!
Welp. I’m sorry in advance but as much as I wanted to love this restaurant, I didn’t. I do give a full disclaimer though that both Leanne and I have food allergies so we did have a limited menu. And don’t come for me because I got a burger… unfortunately, there just weren’t many options for us. 🙁 However, the service and location and view were amazing!
What do you think? Love the lamplight lounge? Let me know!
XO Allison

Oh my gosh they are getting so big…loved this video with everyone sharing
Thanks, Angie!
Rosie is really growing up! Thank you for sharing your experience at Lamplight!
Sometimes I watch old videos of when she was a baby and miss the baby stage then remember the 4 am feedings and snap back to reality 🥴
@Pixie Dust & Parenting LOL!
Enjoyed your review. My adult daughter and I dined at Ariel's in 2015. We hope to get back with the rest of the family when things settle down. We enjoyed Ariel's, so hopefully we will find something we like.
We also enjoyed it!! So I was bummed. Hoping it is just a matter of limited menu and a bigger menu comes back with the reopening!
the kids are so adorable. i enjoyed watching. love the burgers you ate.
Rosie separating the burger to tentatively nibble some cheese is very familiar to me as the parent of the 3 year old. lolYou have such a lovely family. x
Respect to Rosie for eating the cheese first! Lol. Really interesting to hear that WDW is more allergy friendly than DL. Would not have guessed that at all. (As someone that’s only really allergic to artificial sweeteners). Really enjoy hearing the allergy-friendly take on restaurants. Did Leanne order the nachos? What were they like?
Fabulous review! And I agree with your DL vs WDW assessment. Their vegetarian choices aren’t as good either and are mostly vegan which I don’t like (bring me all the cheese please) which is kind of surprising to ,e every time I go. And I hope to be surprised by it again very soon! Love you miss you.
That’s so interesting! I often hear people say the food at Disneyland it better and I whole heartedly disagree
@Pixie Dust & Parenting Except for the churros. The churros in WDW are inedible.
You can get other meats on the nachos!! I’m sad you didn’t try them! We did chicken and they were great! Honestly though, just nice to see you in Disneyland again!
I love Lamplight but I do get it's not for everyone. I love that I see the same bartenders there that worked the Cove Bar several years ago. Same with Carthay- you can tell they love their locations and are really part of what makes them fantastic.
