It was great to see you and your mum having a great time on Test Track! BTW, Rose and Crown is actually serving you Cottage Pie, which is made with minced beef, but intentionally mislabeled as Shepherd's Pie. A genuine Shepherd's Pie is always made with minced lamb. It is very common in the USA to intentionally mislabel the dish as the more expensive Shepherd's Pie! It's very disappointing that Disney would also do this. When brought to the manager's attention about the menu error, we were told "Well, the Americans don't know any better!" A well known British chef once went on a tirade over this! Shepherd's Pie is actually quite easy to make! Kevin Dundon has an easy recipe and you can make it keto-friendly by using cauliflower mash instead of potato. If you'd like to make the Shepherd's Pie using minced lamb, look for a halal butcher that will prepare it fresh for you, or for Cottage Pie, have your butcher make beef mince from the round steak. There might even be the EPCOT Rose and Crown recipe online. That could be a vlog subject for keto cottage pie!
