Hi Friends!
This is coming a day after I wanted it to (mainly because I’ve been traveling for the last 24 hours) but it is Rosie’s heart update! If you didn’t know this, our youngest daughter Rosie was diagnosed with Transposition of the Great Arteries at our 19 week ultrasound. She has had a lot of care since then and we wanted to give you an update on her condition and how she’s doing! As always, thank you for watching and supporting our family! xo Allison and Leanne

You guys are amazing parents, you are so strong and you are raising beautiful and strong and amazing children. <3
Thank you for being so open and honest. I love following your family and your journey <3
I just loved this! What a perfect video for CHD awareness. So thrilled that sweet Rosie has no limitations…thank you for sharing your story. ššš
Allison & Leeann, thank you sharing Rosieās story, I cannot image going through that with a new born and now the day to day precautions that you have to take, but it Lund like he is doing very well and all my well wishes for her continued good health in the future! And the same to the to of you and Ruthie! Ken
I love learning your story. Rosie is amazing! And Itās like weāre sitting across the table from you having a conversation about it. ā¤ļø
Bless you all…what a great way to help others by sharing what you've gone through šā¤ļøšš
I love Leigh Anneās shirt. I didnāt know about Rosieās condition before watching and as soon as the video started I noticed the shirt and thought it was so cool.
In the US they donāt do heart/ecoās to newborns? I left the US when I was 18 and I met my husband in spain and stayed here. In spain, vaginal birth means you are staying in the hospital for 48 hours after the baby is born. Until they do the blood test in the babyās heel, you donāt go home and they check each day the babyās heart Rut hem plus other things. C-sections is 96 hours in the hospital after a baby is born
What a sweet informative video. How scary and so grateful your family is doing well. I thought Leann was ab Attorney are you sure she did not attend medical school because she knows her medical terminology!
Thanks for sharing your experience. It made me look into what screening was done for my daughter at birth just so I know what routinely happens here (I knew they did something, but wasn't sure what exactly). I am impressed that you can do this with two small kids, so just happy you post when you are able!

I'm so glad she is doing so well! Thank you for the update!
I actually first found you when I came across your vlog about finding out about Rosieās CHD before she was born. I was searching everywhere for videos or similar stories while I was pregnant with my second daughter. She is now 15 month old living with CHD. Iām so glad Iāve stuck around for more than just that. I love all your content. Vlogs, Disney, CHD awareness, DIYS & all your hauls š
Thank you for sharing your story. You have such a beautiful family! š¤
I love you all so very much and Iām honored to call you my friends who are more like family. This was brilliant.
I just love you guys and I love Rosieās story. ā¤ļø
I love that you are sharing this during Heart Month and raising awareness. I was born with a heart murmur and hole in my heart, luckily they both resolved themselves when I was a child. Rosie has been through so much, she is such an inspiration to so many. It is so nice to hear how she is doing. Both of your girls are so adorable and you guys are such a cute family.
We love your entire family! Canāt wait to meet you guys some day! ā¤ļø
YES YES YES! Hoping sooner rather than later! xo
Love you guys on camera together ā¤ļø
What a scary start to sweet little Rosie's life. So happy she's doing well and will pray for continued good health for her. She's a little firecracker and so cute and I think she's gonna take on the world!
Thank you for sharing Rosie's story. U of M hospital is such a great place for high risk everything. They really do have some of the best and most up to date treatments for a variety of illnesses. Will she always have some issues with colds, and illness in general or will her immune system continue to strengthen as she grows up?
Her heart will always have to work extra hard in fighting stuff off because she doesn't have your typical anatomy. I don't know the answer but hopefully her immune system gets stronger!
At 18, my friendās heart stopped in a pizza shop. She had a 1% chance of recovery. She is completely normal now and has adopted 5 kids. The world needed her. But her heart defect went undetected until her heart just stopped.
So YES! I totally agree that checking childrenās hearts should be routine.
My late husband had a heart condition we didnāt know about. He passed 6 years ago and I found out after he had passed. Iām thankful you found out early and your daughter is doing well!
I'm so sorry to hear about your husband. Early detection has been such a gift to us. xo
Thank you!!!! Yes itās such a gift. The only blessing was I was able to get my boys checked and find the ok. Makes my heart happy for you guys. Both your girls are lucky to have such amazing moms in their corner!
Found you on TikTok and now I'm obsessed with your family! Thanks for sharing, you guys are seriously amazing <3 <3
