Hey Disney Fam!
I had much higher hopes for this vlog because I was going to Disneyland! Unfortunately, it didn’t go well, so I took you to Hollywood to check out the Disney Soda Shop (no longer called this), Walk of Fame, and the El Capitan Theatre. Enjoy! xo Allison

Thanks for sharing your adventures! I have never seen the inside of the Disney Soda Shop before. Those pins are so nice!
Thank you! Yes, it was a blast and the pins are so cool and unique. π
I am so excited to go to the soda shop when I come to Disneyland! That is on my list. Does it get really crowded in there? Iβm going mostly for the pins that you canβt get in Florida and the pin trader delight. Is there a better time in the day to go? It didnβt look too crowded while you were there.
GIRL YES! I can't wait for you to experience it. It wasn't too crowded and I was there on a Sunday! The pin trader delight wasn't in stock when we were there unfortunately π They did say to head over to their facebook page for their next restocking!
Thanks for taking us along on your birthday adventure! π¨πππβΊ
Thanks for watching, Renee!! π
Looks like you had a good birthday! I loved the Ghirardelli Store. We were there last September. Kind of wishing I was collecting pins at the time. Oh well. Haha. Thanks for sharing!
It just gives you an excuse to come back π Thanks for watching!
I love the Alice pin! Looked lije a good day. Great video! π
Thank you! It was a lot of fun π
Looks to us that the birthday went well. Still like a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing.
My actual birthday did π I didn't catch any of the disneyland chaos on camera (thank goodness, haha!)
Actually that reminds me that Disney might not be the happiest place all the time huh? LOL
πΆHappy BirthdayπΆ What an amazing store! The ice cream π¨ looked delicious π. Great names on the walk of fame. We will be going to see Phil this October!
TheMouseandMore Iβm seeing Phil in LA this October too πππ Thanks for stopping by!
Aww!! I'm sorry it started out rough with the girls but it looks like you turned the day around!!! Loved seeing this vlog! Hi mom!! She's so adorable, Allison! I wanna meet your mom!! Thanks for sharing this! πππ
You will definitely meet her one day! And you made the day even more magical by sending that Stitch backpack, you're the best! xo
When we finally meet in person (which I feel confident will happen eventually) remind me to tell you my NIGHTMARE DL story when the twins were babies. Scott was in training in Long Beach and we had a woman call security at the hotel on us. Now you're dying to hear the rest, yes? LOL. Yes, those days where your children are horrible literally happen to everyone. But you flexed and turned it into a happy day anyway!! Awesome! BTW, I grew up in Orange County and totally get the not doing what's in your backyard! My dad would never take us to LA. Too dangerous. LOLOLOL!!!!!!
I totally went looking for stars when we did Hollywood, took so many pictures, so much fun! Is Alice your favorite Disney character? Mine are Sofia The First, Timon, and Belle. I've never been to the soda shop, I didn't know it even existed. We usually don't venture outside of Disneyland and DCA when we are in that area. I'm glad you were able to turn your bad day around! I think everyone who goes to Disneyland with kids has one nightmare trip sooner or later. We took an 11 year old and her 5 year old sister to Disneyland with their mom present. The 11 year old insisted on carrying her own purse (and money from grandma) and left it on the teacups, we retrieved it at the ride. She then left it on the train, they sent it to lost and found. The 5 year old who had been a perfect angel all day had enough of being good when we had to wait an hour in line at lost in found. She decided she was just done with everyone and took off running back into Disneyland when an electric wheelchair went through the gate (kind of jumping over the lady in the wheelchair). Disneyland security took off after her, but she had a huge head start on all of us. We spent 45 minutes looking for her everywhere, Disney security finally found her in a gift shop, she had taken the giant stuffed animals off the shelf, climbed in behind them, and put them in front of her, which no one saw her do. She's literally lucky she survived that trip because we all wanted to kill her by that time (after park closing) we were in such a panic that someone may have grabbed her.
