I know several people have asked me about navigating food allergies and I’m happy to report not only can it be done successfully, the food is pretty fantastic! I work in a middle school here in Central Florida, and we take our students to Universal Studios at the end of the year. Universal has also gotten really good at accommodating food allergies – the chefs are awesome at explaining what they can do for various allergies. This was a great upload Allison, and way important! I've noticed they're getting better as well! We live about a mile from Universal Studios in hollywood. We've also found Knott's Berry Farm (a park out here in Cali) is also amazing with allergies. But Disney is still the best 🙂 Thank you so much! 🤗

Thanks, Daphne! Do you have a latex allergy too? I'm allergic to kiwi and latex and I was told they were in the same family.
Allison WDWGirl huh…I guess not but maybe if I had latex on long enough. That's interesting!! I am allergic to lanolin though! And that makes it REALLY hard to buy chapstick! Constantly reading those labels!

This is so informative Allison! Disney is the most accommodating with allergies from my experience. We have food allergies in our family and always feel safe speaking to a chef. Well done!

Thanks for all the info! Am going to Disney in about 6 months and am so uneasy about if I can get GFDF, peanut nut, soy free foods there! SO happy that I can bring in my own foods, as well! Whew! 🙂
Yes! And if you're staying on property, all the rooms have fridges too. We always use a grocery delivery service as well 🙂

I'm going there in the summer and have 15 allergies and only 1 is a common allergy in USA 3 are normal in Uk
Send them an email and let them know ahead of time. You'll be able to plan better!
