Hello Disney Family!
Welcome to Part 2 of my Pregnant at Disney World series! In this video we cover rides (and the trimesters I was comfortable riding them in), as well as all the other things you can do while pregnant at Disney! I list several ideas including things I did while i was there. I have gone a total of FOUR TIMES PREGNANT in all different trimesters! Let me know in the comments below if I missed anything!
Enjoy! xo Allison

Allison, this is a great video for those pregnant Mommaโs out there! I was never pregnant at the parks, but I soooo greatly appreciate this video as a Momma who has done it! I love the People Mover idea :). Hope youโre feeling well!
Thank you!! And feeling better xo
Allison these videos are SUCH a great idea! So many wonderful tips and no one better to share them than you! Great job! ๐
Thank you! I figured I would share what I knew!
Great video! Iโll definitely have to refer back to this when Tyler and I decide to have kids. By the way you are absolutely glowing! I love your positive attitude in your videos.
Awe thank you!! AND I CAN'T WAIT FOR YOU TO GET MARRIED!! (and of course have babies <3)
So much fun stuff to do! We went when Twourple was 6 months pregnant! She still got to do so much!
It's great! I have gone 4 times pregnant and each time was unique and special ๐
thanks for the info honestly i think all the food people eat during their vacation is so much worse than doing some of the easy going roller coasters like 7 dwarfs. the risk people worry about is placental abruption but doctors admit that other than traumatic injury, like from the seat belt impact from a car crash, they aren't sure why it happens. i've spent hours calling around disney trying to find organic and non gmo food for my trip and there are some options. don't eat any fish if it's locally caught because the oceans around florida are some of the most contaminated in the world (oil spills, chemical runoff from farms). if you want to play it safe during your trip and avoid a lot of the rides then watch what you eat too otherwise it is counter productive. any rides that have sudden stops that press against your baby would be bad, i asked my doctor about this because i see people upset about sudden braking in cars and he assured me it's not the sudden stop but the seat belt injury that could harm the baby. i'll be avoiding some rides for sure like tower of terror and rock n roller coaster but seems to me any rides that are as smooth as a car ride would be and don't press against your belly i don't believe should be a problem, unless you have a history of health problems of course.
Absolutely discuss with your doctor to make a plan you're comfortable with! EPCOT grows a lot of it's own food and uses it for their festivals. In fact, you can do the living with the land ride and it will have signs next to what their growing for what dishes it's used in! Hope this helps!
